- Born on August 25, 1994, in the urban-type settlement of Stebliv, Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi district, Cherkasy region. In 2009, he graduated from the 9th grade of the I.S. Nechuy-Levytskyi Secondary School in the urban-type settlement of Stebliv, then attended the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Vocational Lyceum, specializing in "auto mechanic, driver." He worked at a sawmill and a brick factory. Since August 2016, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent military training as a cadet at the 169th Training Center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0665, urban-type settlement of Desna, Kozelets district, Chernihiv region). After training, he served in the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Operational Command "North" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167 (field post V0849), city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). From autumn to winter 2016, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 26, 2017, during a mortar shelling of Ukrainian positions at a checkpoint near the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region, one of the shells hit the dugout where the servicemen were located. As a result of the explosion, Senior Sergeant Petro Kozaruk, Soldier Serhiy Mosiychuk, and Soldier Oleksiy Tymchenko were killed, and three other fighters were wounded. On March 28, 2017, he was buried at the Central Cemetery in the urban-type settlement of Stebliv.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
