- Born on June 12, 1977, in the village of Kuryachivka, Starobilsk district, Luhansk region. Graduated from the general education school of the village of Kuryachivka. Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2014, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a commander of an armored personnel carrier in the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Participant in the battles for the city of Debaltseve, Donetsk region. On January 31, 2015, Senior Soldier Verbetsky was killed near the urban-type settlement of Chornukhine, Popasna district, Luhansk region. On February 13, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Kuryachivka, Starobilsk district, Luhansk region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
