- Born on September 8, 1980, in the village of Velyki Matsevichi, Starokostyantyniv district, Khmelnytskyi region. In 1998, he graduated from the general education school in the village of Velyki Matsevichi, Starokostyantyniv district, and in 2002 - from Vinnytsia Medical College named after Academician D.K. Zabolotny. In 2002, after graduating from college, he was assigned to work in the Chernivtsi region. Since the early 2000s, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in military units in Lviv and Rivne regions. From 2005 to December 2013, he was the head of the medical point of the 11th Guards Separate Kyiv Red Banner Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky Artillery Brigade of the 13th Army Corps of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (disbanded on December 31, 2013 - military unit A1769, city of Ternopil). Since December 2013, he has been the senior resident of the medical department of the 24th Separate Mechanized Samaro-Ulyanivsk Berdychiv Iron Order of the October Revolution, three-time Order of the Red Banner, Orders of Suvorov and Bohdan Khmelnytsky Brigade named after Prince Danylo Halytsky of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, city of Yavoriv, Lviv region). Since the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On July 24, 2014, during the liberation of the city of Lysychansk in the Luhansk region, Captain of the Medical Service Rokytsky was killed by a sniper's bullet while providing assistance to an injured soldier. Also in this battle, soldier Leyba was killed.
