- Born on May 28, 1977, in the urban-type settlement of Vilshany, Dergachiv District, Kharkiv Oblast. Graduated from a general education school. In February 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a senior driver of the 3rd motorized infantry company of the 15th separate motorized infantry battalion of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V2260). Since the spring of 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On May 19, 2015, soldier Kurylko, along with 5 servicemen in a combat reconnaissance patrol vehicle (BRDM-2), was sent to assist fighters who had fallen into an ambush in the village of Katerynivka, Popasna District, Luhansk Oblast. On the way, the combat vehicle hit a mine. As a result of the explosion, soldier Zayets and soldier Kurylko were killed, and 3 other servicemen were injured. On May 22, 2015, he was buried at the Pavlovsk Cemetery in the urban-type settlement of Vilshany, Dergachiv District, Kharkiv Oblast.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
