Serhii V. Nenada

Nienada Serhii Vasylovych was born on May 12, 1984, in the Cherkasy region. After graduating from school, he entered the Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy, Faculty of History. He was a senior inspector-cynologist at the Cynology Center of the Police of the Cherkasy region. He was a participant in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) and the Joint Forces Operation (JFO). Since the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Captain Nienada, together with a consolidated detachment, eliminated a large number of equipment and enemy manpower in the Kherson region. He died on December 7, 2022, while performing his official duties - the group fell into a mine trap of the occupiers, which triggered a buried improvised explosive device made from ammunition for large-caliber artillery. The hero was buried on December 9, 2022, in the village of Ruska Poliana in the Cherkasy region.
