- Born on November 14, 1992, in the village of Zavadivka, Volodarskyi District, Kyiv Oblast. Graduated from the general education school (now an educational and training complex) of the village of Zavadivka, and in 2011 - from the Volodarskyi Professional Agrarian Lyceum (the urban-type settlement of Volodarka, Kyiv Oblast). $Mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a driver-mechanic in the 6th separate motorized infantry battalion of the 44th separate artillery brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V0122). $Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. $On October 29, 2015, soldier Koval'skyi died during a fire caused by the explosion of ammunition at a field depot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Svatove, Luhansk Oblast. $Buried in the cemetery of the village of Zavadivka, Volodarskyi District, Kyiv Oblast.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
