- Born on October 28, 1987, in the city of Shepetivka, Khmelnytskyi region. From 1994 to 1996, he studied at a general education school in Shepetivka. In 1996, he moved with his mother to the village of Penky in the Starokostyantyniv district of Khmelnytskyi region. In 2005, he graduated from the general education school in the village of Penky, Starokostyantyniv district, and then from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Khmelnytsky National University, majoring in "Accounting and Auditing." From 2009 to 2010, he studied at the military department of the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service named after B. Khmelnytskyi (city of Khmelnytskyi). After graduating from university, he worked for a while at the Limited Liability Company "Mriya" in the village of Penky, Starokostyantyniv district. From April 2012 to January 2013, he served as a guard for the Limited Liability Company "Starokostyantyniv-AGRO" in the village of Volytsia-Kerekeshyna, Starokostyantyniv district. Since 2013, he has been in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served under contract in the 93rd Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which has been awarded the Order of the Red Banner twice, as well as the Orders of Suvorov and Kutuzov (military unit A1302, urban-type settlement of Cherkaské, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region). Since January 15, 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Wolf." He was a participant in the defense of the settlement of Pisky in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region. In February 2015, he was injured in the leg due to a tripwire explosion. After that, he underwent treatment in a military hospital for three weeks. On August 24, 2015, Senior Lieutenant Kashlakov sustained serious injuries as a result of a car explosion on an anti-tank mine in the area of the village of Nevelske, Yasynuvata district, Donetsk region. The seriously injured officer was evacuated to the Mechnikov Regional Clinical Hospital in Dnipropetrovsk (now Dnipro), where he died from his injuries on August 25 at 3:20 AM.
