Biography
Victor Lipsky was born on January 11, 1983, in the village of Mali Kutyshcha, Kalynivka district, Vinnytsia region. At the age of 6, he entered the 1st grade of the Malokutyshchanska primary school. He continued his education at the Lemeshivka secondary school. Victor grew up as an obedient, hardworking boy. In his childhood, he loved to run to the livestock farm because he really liked horses and helped the horsemen take care of the animals. During the summer holidays, he worked at the collective farm's threshing floor cleaning grain and was an assistant to the combine operator during the harvest. He loved sports very much. No school competitions were complete without Victor. After finishing secondary school, he entered the Vinnytsia Pedagogical Institute, where he obtained a degree as a physical education teacher. He served in the ranks of the Ukrainian army. After his service, he could have worked as a teacher, but he was drawn to another life — that of a soldier. Once he donned the military uniform, Vitya never betrayed his calling, never faltered, never deceived. And when it was necessary to go to Eastern Ukraine to participate in the anti-terrorist operation, he fulfilled his military duty with honor. Only pleasant memories remain about Victor among his classmates, friends, and acquaintances. Victor always found common ground with both the young and the old. He always wanted to help everyone; as soon as he had a day off, he hurried to the village to help his relatives. He created a beautiful family and planned to live long and happily. He had many friends. Good, cheerful, hardworking, kind, and decent, he will always remain in the hearts of those who knew him. Victor loved his work very much and was devoted to it until the end. This is evidenced by the numerous commendations and thanks he received during his service in the special unit "Jaguar."Military service
