Volodymyr V. Lysenchuk

In April 2002, Volodymyr graduated with honors from Kolomyia Higher Vocational School No. 17 (specializing as a "Repairman, Manual Welding Electric Welder"). From November 2002 to April 2004, he served in the military in positions as a cadet, instructor, and dog handler unit commander at the canine training center (military unit 2418, in the city of Velyki Mosty) of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. From November 2005, he served in the internal affairs bodies as a police officer and patrol service inspector — dog handler of the Kolomyia City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk region, and from November 2008, he held positions as a sniper police officer and a police officer of the special police unit "Berkut" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk region (since March 2014 — special police unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk region). He repeatedly participated in ensuring public order and public safety in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, in the settlements of the region, and in operations to detain armed criminals. He participated for over a month in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine.
