- Soldier Vitaliy Anishchenko was killed in action on July 26, 2022, during the defense of Soledar in Donetsk region. The defender was 38 years old forever. Vitaliy was born in Horlivka, Donetsk region. He stuwas killed in action at school No. 50 until the 5th grade. Then he moved with his parents to Cherkasy region, where he received secondary education. Later, at a vocational school, he mastered the profession of a plasterer. He worked as a locksmith for souvenir metal products. But he was fond of construction and landscaping. He loved active recreation, nature, and long bike trips with his family. He lived in Kyiv. During the full-scale war, Vitaliy stood up to defend his family and country as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a machine gunner in the 10th separate mountain assault brigade. "Vitaliy was a very kind person. He always wanted to help someone. He was positive and cheerful. Friends in companies loved him. He knew how to lift the mood. He never held grudges against people for long. He was a wonderful father to his son. He was a loving husband, sensitive and understanding. Vitaliy was a person with a big heart. He always worried about his loved ones, even if he didn't tell them about it. He believed in good, even though he saw what the world was really like. From the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion, he couldn't find his place. He had significant health problems, due to which he couldn't immediately enlist in the ranks of Ukraine's defenders. In early April, as soon as he realized that his health was better, he went to enlist as a volunteer, since the summons did not arrive. At the military commissariat, they were told to wait for the summons. But he couldn't. His heart and soul ached for Ukraine. He traveled to the military commissariat again, already wanting to enlist in a separate battalion in Kyiv. But in June, he was drafted. His heart was torn to pieces, because he knew he might not return home. But he said he couldn't sit somewhere, he had someone to defend. He believed in Ukraine's victory. Because it can't be otherwise," his wife said. The warrior was buried in the village of Shramkivka in Cherkasy region. Vitaliy left behind his parents, wife, and son.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
