Vladyslav V. Ratnychenko (Radyk)

Ratnichenka Vladislav Viktorovich was born on October 22, 2002, in the city of Gorlivka in the Donetsk region. In 2014, he moved to Shumshchyna, and later to the city of Lanivtsi in the Ternopil region. He studied at the Koropets Regional Lyceum-Boarding School with enhanced military and physical training. He was a student at the Faculty of Law of the West Ukrainian National University. From the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he participated in the defense of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. He held the position of senior gunner of the grenade launcher platoon of the mechanized battalion of one of the military units. He was killed on August 11, 2022, during a mortar shelling. He was buried in the city of Ternopil.
