- Senior soldier Volodymyr Tsybulsky (call sign Sagaidachny) was killed in action on July 6, 2022, near the village of Ternivka in Mykolaiv region. During the enemy shelling, he received a fatal shrapnel wound. Volodymyr Tsybulsky was born in the village of Tiahun, Vinnytsia region. After school, he served in the army. In 1990, he graduated with honors from the Voronovytske vocational school No. 14, where he received the specialty of a technician for the installation of technological equipment, an electric gas welder. He worked as an electric gas welder at the gas compressor service GCS-36 of the Illintsi industrial site. Every year he upgraded his qualifications and simultaneously stu at the Intersectoral Training and Certification Center of the E.O. Paton Institute of Electrical Welding of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv) majoring in "Special training and certification of welders for the performance of work during the repair of main gas pipelines (under pressure)". He was considered the best gas welder in Ukraine. During his studies, he received a certificate of the highest, 6th, grade of electric gas welder. He was repeatedly awarded certificates of honor for the conscientious performance of labor duties and personal contribution to the development of the gas transportation system of Ukraine. In 2014-2016, the man was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine and participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation. He held the position of driver of the engineer-sapper unit. On the third day of the full-scale invasion, on February 26, 2022, Volodymyr was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 101st military battalion of the 61st separate mechanized brigade and held the position of shooter-sniper. "Everything was in him - soul, talent, beauty, courage, strength. Everything sparkled for us like a bright dream... My father got the call sign Sagaidachny because he had authority among the military. He was a father to the unit, maintained order. During combat missions when there was no food, he found it - what nature gave and was at hand, and fed the guys with soup. He built a forge on the front line, where he even made various things from scraps of equipment and rockets: knives, flashlights, medals, etc. He gave them to his friends and comrades. Iron in his hands was like plasticine. Unfortunately, words are hard to heal the sore wound of loss in the heart. Because the death of a loved one is a great test... No one will replace my father for me. I am without him, like without air. I love you more than life! I will never be able to forget! How sensitive, kind, always holding me by the hand, wherever we were and how old I was. You called me your princess...", - wrote the deceased's daughter. The warrior was buried in his native village. Volodymyr left behind a daughter, Yana, and a son, Yaroslav.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
