  Born on July 20, 1994, in Novograd-Volynskyi, in a large family. Graduated from the Zhytomyr Professional Lyceum of Food Technologies (specializing as a "Computer Typist"), later studied part-time at one of the universities in Vinnytsia. He was interested in computer technology and phones. In the spring of 2013, 18-year-old Volodymyr was called up for compulsory military service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
