- Born on July 13, 1992, in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region. In 2009, he graduated from the 9th grade of secondary school No. 17 in Kremenchuk, then from the Kremenchuk Professional Lyceum of the Oil Refining Industry (now the Regional Center for Vocational and Technical Education No. 1 in Kremenchuk) with a specialty in "electric gas welder." In 2011-2012, he served in the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281, city of Zhytomyr). After the army, he returned to Kremenchuk. He worked in various jobs. On February 14, 2015, he was mobilized as a volunteer into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a shooter-assistant grenade launcher in the 3rd airborne assault company of the 1st airborne assault battalion of the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281, city of Zhytomyr). Since the spring of 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On May 5, 2015, soldier Martyniuk was killed near the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region, during the movement of personnel to replace the observation post of the battalion tactical group when the armored personnel carrier he was in was blown up by a mine planted by terrorists. Along with him, sergeant Vasyl Mykhaniuk, soldier Yaroslav Mialkin, and soldier Oleksandr Shchurov were killed. On May 11, 2015, he was buried in the Sector of Fallen Heroes of the Anti-Terrorist Operation at the Svishtov Cemetery in Kremenchuk.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
