Biography
Sergiy Anatoliyovych Tsyhanok was born on December 30, 1974, in the village of Kruti Hory, Tarashchansky district, Kyiv region. In May 1993, he was drafted into the military service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In August 1994, he entered the Kyiv Institute of Land Forces, which he graduated from in 1998. From June 1998 to July 1998, he was at the disposal of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine. From July 1998 to May 1999, he served as the commander of the security platoon of the security company of the 101st Separate Security Brigade. From May 1999 to August 2000, he was the head of the postal communication department (processing and sorting of correspondence) of the postal communication department of the processing center for the delivery of secret and postal shipments of the 330th Central Post Office. From August 2000 to January 2002, he was the head of the postal communication department (processing of postal correspondence) of the postal communication department of the courier postal communication center of the 330th Central Post Office. From January 2002 to December 2007, he was the head of the postal communication department of the courier postal communication center. From December 2007 to February 2009, he was the head of the courier postal communication department of the 330th Central Post Office of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From February 2009 to April 2009, he served as the chief of staff — the first deputy head of the Central Post Office of the courier postal communication of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since April 2009, he has been the head of the 330th Central Post Office of the courier postal communication of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Military service
