      • Born on June 15, 1995, in the urban-type settlement of Holoby, Kovel District, Volyn Region. Graduated from the educational complex "general education school of I-III degrees - gymnasium" of the urban-type settlement of Holoby. In the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2013. Served under contract as a grenade launcher in the mechanized battalion of the 30th separate mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr Region). From spring-summer 2014, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Participant in the battles for the strategically important height of Savur-Mohyla (Shakhtarsk District of Donetsk Region), for the village of Stepanyvka in the Shakhtarsk District of Donetsk Region. On July 28, 2014, Senior Soldier Maksymchuk was killed during search-strike operations in the area of the village of Stepanyvka in the Shakhtarsk District of Donetsk Region. Buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Holoby, Kovel District, Volyn Region.
