Biography
He grew up in a large rural family (he was the fourth of five children, one of Victor's older brothers is a police officer). In 2006, he graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk Professional Construction Lyceum with a specialty in "Construction Carpenter; Parquet Layer," and later worked as a security guard. From April 2007 to April 2008, he served in the military as a shooter in the capital's separate convoy brigade of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (military unit 3066). From May 26, 2009, he served in the internal affairs bodies as a policeman in the special police unit "Berkut" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ivano-Frankivsk region (since March 2014 — special police unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Ivano-Frankivsk region). During the events of the Revolution of Dignity in the winter of 2013-2014, he carried out tasks to maintain public order on the streets of the capital. He participated in the anti-terrorist operation in Eastern Ukraine for over a month. He was passionate about athletics, energetic, honest, principled, and empathetic: he perceived others' grief as his own and quickly found common ground with people in any situation. He planned to start his own family; his fiancée still cannot come to terms with his absence…Military service
