- Born on May 13, 1978, in the city of Ulyanovka (since 2016 - Blagovishchenske) in the Kirovohrad region. From September 1984 to June 1995, he studied at secondary school No. 121 in Tbilisi (Georgia). From December 1997, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In July 1998, during his conscription service, he entered the Poltava Military Institute of Communications, which he graduated from in 2002. From June 2002 to January 2003, he served as the commander of the radio platoon of the communications company of the communications node, and from January 2003 to June 2007, he was the head of the radio section of the communications node of the 384th special object operation management of the Southern Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From June 2007 to June 2009, he was the head of communications of the 61st arsenal of the Southern Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0829, Lozova, Kharkiv region). From June 2009 to July 2010, he was the deputy head of the armament center of the mobile communications nodes of the 121st separate guards linear-node Fokshano-Mukden order of Alexander Nevsky and the Red Star communications regiment of the 6th Army Corps of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1214, urban-type settlement Cherkaskoye, Novomoskovsk district, Dnipropetrovsk region). From July 2010 to January 2011, he was an officer of the communications security service of the Information Protection Department in the information and telecommunications systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From January to May 2011, he was an officer of the group for the implementation of information protection systems in the information and telecommunications systems of the Unified Automated Control System Support Department and the implementation of communication and automation means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since May 2011, he has been an officer in the radio and satellite communications organization department of the Communications and Information Systems Organization Department of the Main Directorate of Communications and Information Systems of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0106, Kyiv). In 2014-2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On February 9, 2015, on the way to the city of Debaltseve, a UAZ car of Ukrainian military personnel came under fire from Russian-terrorist groups near the village of Lohvynove in the Artemivsk (now Bakhmut) district of Donetsk region. As a result of the shelling, Colonel Tsyhanok, Colonel Pavlov, Major Vasylenko, Lieutenant Colonel Muzyka, and Junior Sergeant Makarenko, who were inside the vehicle, were killed. Since then, Artur Muzyka was considered missing in action. He was buried on March 5, 2015, in the cemetery of the city of Ulyanovka.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
