- Born on January 20, 1993, in the village of Haiky-Sytenki, Radivyliv district, Rivne region. Completed 9 grades of general education at the school in the village of Sytny, Radivyliv district, then attended the Kremenets Forestry College (village of Bilokrynitsa, Kremenets district, Ternopil region). Served in the mandatory military service, then continued with contract military service in the 80th Separate Airborne Order of the Red Banner Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, Lviv city). Since April 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On September 5, 2014, Sergeant Lemeshchuk was killed in battle with Russian-terrorist groups near the village of Tsvitni Pisky, Slovianoserbsk district, Luhansk region. He was buried on September 11, 2014, in the cemetery of the village of Sytny, Radivyliv district. On January 29, 2015, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the village of Sytny, Radivyliv district, on the facade of the general education school (Shkilna Street, 25), where Ivan Lemeshchuk studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
