- Born on March 30, 1972, in the village of Snitkiv, Murovanokurylivetskyi district, Vinnytsia region. Graduated from the general education school of the village of Moshny, Cherkasy district, Cherkasy region. Lived in the village of Budo-Orloveцьka, Horodyshche district, Cherkasy region. In 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 13th Territorial Defense Battalion "Chernihiv-1" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (in November 2014, the battalion was restructured into the 13th separate motorized infantry battalion, which became part of the 1st separate guards tank brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - military unit field post V2278). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He was a participant in the battles for the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk region. On February 17, 2015, Junior Sergeant Synchak was killed by a gunshot wound to the head during a battle in the area of the city of Debaltseve, Donetsk region. On March 5, 2015, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Budo-Orloveцьka, Horodyshche district, Cherkasy region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
