- Born on June 17, 1984, in the city of Samarkand (Uzbekistan). After some time, the family moved to the village of Khodovichi in the Stryi district of Lviv region. In 1999, he graduated from the 9th grade of the general education school in the village of Khodovichi, Stryi district, and in 2002 - from the Higher Vocational School No. 8 in the city of Stryi, Lviv region. In 2002-2003, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a conscript. He participated twice in a peacekeeping mission in the Republic of Iraq. Since 2013, he served under contract in the 80th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, city of Lviv). Since the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 16, 2014, Russian-terrorist groups shelled the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of the village of Krasne in the Krasnodon district (now Sorokynskyi) of Luhansk region with BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, 10 servicemen were killed, including Sergeant Li. On August 20, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Khodovichi, Stryi district. On April 18, 2015, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the facade of the general education school building (Myr Street, 2) in the village of Khodovichi, where Arthur Li studied. In June 2016, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the facade of the Higher Vocational School No. 8 building (Olha Kobylianska Street, 4) in the city of Stryi for graduates who died during the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine, among whom is the name of Arthur Li.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
