- Born on January 13, 1994, in the city of Krasnodon (since 2016 - Sorokyne), Luhansk region. In the late 1990s, the family moved to the city of Lviv. He graduated from general education school No. 66 (now - specialized general education school No. 66) in Lviv. He served his mandatory military service and then continued his service under contract in the 80th separate airborne order of the Red Banner brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, Lviv). Since April 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 16, 2014, Russian-terrorist groups shelled the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of the village of Krasne in the Krasnodon (now Sorokyne) district of Luhansk region with BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, 10 servicemen were killed, including senior soldier Muravyov. On August 20, 2014, he was buried in the field of Honorary Burials No. 76 at Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv. On September 1, 2015, a memorial plaque was unveiled in Lviv on the facade of the specialized general education school No. 66 (92 Naukovaya Street), where Vladislav Muravyov studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
