- Born on February 16, 1981, in the city of Pustomyty, Lviv region. Completed 8 grades at the general education school No. 2 in the village of Zymna Voda, Pustomyty district, Lviv region, then attended general education school No. 1 in the city of Pustomyty. Served in the mandatory military service in the 80th separate airborne assault regiment of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, city of Khyriv, Lviv region). After the army, he worked for 10 years in the Security Service of Ukraine. Since 2013, he served under contract in the 80th separate airborne brigade of the Order of the Red Banner of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, city of Lviv). Since the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 16, 2014, Russian-terrorist groups shelled the positions of Ukrainian troops in the area of the village of Krasne, Krasnodon district (now Sorokyn district) of Luhansk region with BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, 10 servicemen were killed, including Senior Warrant Officer Pepryk. He was buried on August 20, 2014, in the cemetery of the village of Zymna Voda, Pustomyty district. In September 2016, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the city of Pustomyty on the facade of the general education school No. 1 (Parkova Street, 2), where Nazar Pepryk studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
