- Born on August 15, 1976, in the city of Dresden, German Democratic Republic (now the federal state of Saxony, Germany) in a military family. Later lived with his family in the city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region. In 1993, he graduated from secondary school No. 10 in Mukachevo. In the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 1993. In 1997, he graduated from the Odessa Institute of Ground Forces (now the Military Academy). From September 8, 1997, to April 29, 1998, he served as the commander of a mechanized platoon, from April 29, 1998, to September 7, 2002, as the commander of a mechanized company, and from September 7, 2002, to January 6, 2004, as the chief of staff - first deputy commander of the mechanized battalion of the 820th Guards Mechanized Regiment of the 128th Guards Mechanized Division of the Western Operational Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1673, Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region - in 2004, the 820th Guards Mechanized Regiment was reformed into the 21st Separate Guards Battalion). On January 6, 2004, Captain D.V. Kyselov was discharged from military service to the reserve. On August 1, 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as the deputy chief of staff of the mechanized battalion of the 128th Separate Guards Mountain Infantry Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778 (field post V4673), Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region). From August 31, 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He served at checkpoints near the village of Makarove in the Stanytsia Luhanska district of Luhansk region (checkpoint "Stalingrad"), the town of Chornukhine in the Popasna district of Luhansk region, the village of Maloorlivka in the Shakhtarsk district of Donetsk region, and the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk region. He participated in the battles for the city of Debaltseve in Donetsk region. On February 18, 2015, Captain Kyselov was killed in battle during the brigade's withdrawal from the city of Debaltseve, covering the movement of vehicles of the units.
