- Born on November 26, 1983, in the city of Simferopol (now the Autonomous Republic of Crimea). After some time, the family moved to the city of Tsyurupynsk (since 2016 - Oleshky) in the Kherson region. In October 1992, he moved to the city of Sevastopol with his mother. In 2001, he graduated from the general education school in Sevastopol. Since 2001, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2005, he graduated with honors from the Airborne Faculty of the Odessa Institute of Ground Forces. Since 2005, he served in the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281, city of Zhytomyr). In 2009-2010, he participated in the UN peacekeeping mission in Kosovo. Since March 2014, he served in the Kherson region at the administrative border with the occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea by Russian troops. Since April 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On June 19, 2014, the battalion tactical group of the 95th Separate Airborne Brigade, during a sweep and blockade operation against militants in the urban-type settlement of Yampil in the Krasnolymansky (since 2016 - Lyman) district of Donetsk region, was fired upon by an anti-tank grenade launcher. As a result, Captain Krementar sustained injuries incompatible with life. On June 23, 2014, he was buried at the Smolyan military cemetery in the city of Zhytomyr.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
