Biography
During his school years, Volodymyr was actively involved in sports at a children's football club. He graduated from the Academy of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (now the National Academy of the National Guard) with a degree in "Military Management." He participated in maintaining public order in Kyiv during the events of the Revolution of Dignity. He was in the ATO zone for over a month, refusing to return to the permanent deployment point during the rotation, stating: "I do not want to leave my fighters; we will return together…"Military service
