      • Born on June 3, 1976, in the village of Vypovziv, Kozelets district, Chernihiv region. Graduated from a general education school. Served mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In March 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a tank commander of the 1st tank battalion of the 1st separate guards tank brigade of Novgorod, awarded the Orders of the Red Banner, Kutuzov, Bohdan Khmelnytsky, Alexander Nevsky, and the Red Star of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1815, the urban-type settlement of Honcharivske, Chernihiv district, Chernihiv region). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 16, 2014, Sergeant Muzyka was killed during shelling from a BM-21 "Grad" during search-strike operations in the area of the village of Krasne, Krasnodon district (since 2016 - Sorokyn district) of Luhansk region. He is buried in the cemetery of the village of Vypovziv, Kozelets district, Chernihiv region.
