- Born on April 14, 1993, in the village of Uhry, Horydok district, Lviv region. Graduated from general education school No. 4 in the city of Horydok, Lviv region, then from Vocational School No. 29 in Lviv. Served mandatory military service in the Separate Kyiv Red Banner Regiment of the President of Ukraine, Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0222, Kyiv). Since 2013, served under contract in the 80th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Red Star Order of the High Mobility Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, Lviv). Since April 2014, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Participant in the liberation of the city of Sloviansk in Donetsk region and the defense of the International Airport "Luhansk." On August 16, 2014, Russian-terrorist groups shelled the positions of Ukrainian military in the area of the village of Krasne, Krasnodon district (now Sorokynskyi) in Luhansk region with BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, 10 servicemen were killed, including soldier Kuleba. Buried on August 20, 2014, in the cemetery of the city of Horydok. On December 7, 2014, a memorial plaque was opened on the facade of general secondary education institution No. 4 (Aviatsiyna Street, 122) in the city of Horydok, Lviv region, where Andrii Odukha and Taras Kuleba studied.
