Publications
- Born on May 18, 1992, in the city of Nova Odesa, Mykolaiv Oblast. In 2010, he graduated from general education school No. 1 in the city of Nova Odesa. In 2011-2012, he served in the military as a shooter, then as the commander of a shooting platoon in the 4th regiment of the protection of especially important state objects of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (now part of the National Guard of Ukraine - military unit 3024, city of Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast). From June 6, 2013, he served under contract as a platoon commander, then as a senior operator of the anti-tank platoon of the fire support company of the 1st airborne assault battalion of the 79th separate airborne brigade of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0224, city of Mykolaiv). Since the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On July 11, 2014, in the area of the village of Zelenopillya in the Sverdlovsk (since 2016 - Dovzhansky) district of Luhansk Oblast, around 4:30 a.m., Russian-terrorist groups shelled the base camp of Ukrainian troops with BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, 7 servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and 30 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed, including Anatoliy Novytsky. He was buried on July 30, 2014, in the cemetery of the city of Nova Odesa. On October 28, 2014, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the city of Nova Odesa on the facade of general education school No. 1 (Centralna Street, 220), where Anatoliy Novytsky studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
