- Born on June 28, 1988, in the city of Lviv. In 2005, he graduated from general education school No. 65 in Lviv, then from the National University "Lviv Polytechnic." From spring 2011 to January 2012, he served in the 80th separate airborne order of the Red Banner regiment of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0284, Lviv). In the winter of 2013-2014, he was at Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv, where he was an active participant in the Revolution of Dignity. In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 24th separate mechanized Samara-Ulyanovsk Berdychiv Iron order of the October Revolution, three-time order of the Red Banner, orders of Suvorov and Bohdan Khmelnytsky brigade named after Prince Daniel of Galicia of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, Yavoriv, Lviv region). From the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On July 11, 2014, in the area of the village of Zelenopillya in the Sverdlovsk (since 2016 - Dovzhansky) district of Luhansk region, around 4:30 a.m., Russian-terrorist groups shelled the base camp of Ukrainian troops with BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, 7 servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and 30 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed, including soldier Verbytsky. On August 26, 2014, he was buried in the field of Honorary Burials No. 76 at Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv. On November 21, 2016, a memorial plaque was unveiled in Lviv on the facade of general education school No. 65 (Roksolany Street, 35), where Volodymyr Verbytsky studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
