- Born on April 16, 1978, in the village of Oleksiivka, Kotovskyi (now Podilskyi) district of Odesa region. Later, the family moved to the village of Kryve Ozero Druhe in the Kryvoozerskyi district of Mykolaiv region. He graduated from general education school No. 2 in the village of Kryve Ozero Druhe. He served his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As of 2014, he was serving under contract in the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0224, Mykolaiv city). Since the spring of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On July 11, 2014, in the area of the village of Zelenopillya, Sverdlovskyi (since 2016 - Dovzhanskyi) district of Luhansk region, around 4:30 AM, Russian-terrorist groups shelled the base camp of Ukrainian troops with BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the shelling, 7 servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and 30 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed, including Oleksandr Ladyzhenskyi. He was buried in the cemetery of the village of Kryve Ozero Druhe, Kryvoozerskyi district. On October 17, 2014, in the village of Kryve Ozero Druhe, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the facade of general education school No. 2 (Horkoho Street, 365), where Oleksandr Ladyzhenskyi studied. On November 11, 2016, in the urban-type settlement of Kryve Ozero, a monument "To the Defenders of the Territorial Integrity and Independence of Ukraine" was unveiled near the building of general education school No. 2, among which is the name of Oleksandr Ladyzhenskyi.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
